Welcome to Cottage-Waters static caravan hire an Adults only caravan park, suited for couples only in a truly lovely picturesque countryside location at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We offer full weeks or a minimum of 3 nights or please check when booking.
We make every attempt to make the caravan as inviting and homely as possible with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a sofa and chair and slimline tv with Freeview, a relaxing conservatory, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and hand basin with gas central heating & double glazing. we also provide extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, towels tea towels, an iron, an ironing board, and some cupboard essentials, all bedding is also provided there is also a washing line and seating outside.
For health and safety & insurance customers are not allowed to have day visitors to the static caravan please meet family and friends off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsite.
We no longer offer Fishing.

Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the decking area. Smoking is only permitted outside the caravan on the patio area.
When booking the caravan it is solely for the person(s) named on the booking form strictly no visitors, and no overnight guests.
Do not disable smoke alarms. All electrical and domestic, including heating must be switched off when you are not in the caravan..
Prices range from £375 per week, a £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday. Also we require a damage bond of £100 refunded after your holiday. Payment is due 4 weeks before your holiday commences otherwise we will assume you no longer wish to come and your holiday will be cancelled
We do offer short stays priced at 70.00 per night minimum of a 3-night stay.
We strongly recommend that you get holiday insurance this can be purchased very cheaply and is recommended to all our guests.
